ADMINISTRATION :- The administration of OBSEM is headed by the Chairman. Major functions of Admin Management are:

1. Memorandum of Association of OBSEM

2. Requirements of equipment related to official work

3. Time-to-time recruitments

4. Maintenance of infrastructure

5. Promotion of courses

6. Establishment of AI’s

7. Proper functioning of examination processes

8. Proper functioning of staff

9. Proper functioning of the accounts section

TECHNICAL BRANCH :- The Technical Branch deals with the following activities: maintaining records of candidates, issuing duplicate mark-sheets and admit cards, and migration certificates.

CERTIFICATE BRANCH :- The Certificate Branch of OBSEM issues pass certificates and duplicate certificates, etc.

ACCOUNTS BRANCH :- Accounts deals with matters related to finance: receipt and payment of OBSEM, remuneration paid to Zonal Supervising Officers and examination personnel, and salaries of staff.
